“Let me tell you a story about the best Realtor. I realize “best” is a strong title, but Sarah is more than deserving of such and here’s why. Sarah sold two houses for us in a 5 month period. TWO! I bet you are saying to yourself anyone can do that?! You’re wrong; I’ll explain below. We listed our first house with Sarah a week before the initial Covid-19 shutdown took effect. Pictures, video, everything were beautiful and top notch. We had multiple showings and activity that first week but then it all came to an abrupt stop with the shutdown. Buyers were hesitant to go out and to be honest we were hesitant to have anyone in our house. Sarah worked with us to create a customized showing plan that we were comfortable with and marketed our home uniquely on social media to draw interest. It worked! Within a couple of weeks during the height of the Covid-19 shutdown we were under contract. Sarah also helped us find a beautiful home to purchase that we could grow into as a family and helped us negotiate a great purchase price. However, when some extended family property unexpectedly came available two months later we knew that we needed to sell the home that we had just purchased in order to purchase this family land. This was a tall order for Sarah. She fielded a number of concerns from prospective buyer’s agents about why the home was back on the market so soon. Additionally, our house had previously been on the market for close to a year with another prominent agent in the area before we agreed to purchase it. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about the same timeline happening for our listing, but we trusted Sarah. After 12 showings in 18 days we had received three offers all within 48 hours of each other. The amazing thing is that Sarah brought the buyer!
